Spicy Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

40 g butter, melted
20 g oil
3/4 dl light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 dl pumpkin puree
3/4 dl all-purpose flour
0.5 dl cocoa powder
3/4 tsp speculoos spice
0.5 tsp baking powder
one pinch of salt
Crumb topping:
20 g butter
0.5 dl wheat flour
1.5 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp speculoos spice
Preheat oven to 175 C degrees. Stir butter, oil and sugar together in a bowl. Add the egg and pumpkin puree. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into six silicone muffin tins. For the crumb topping, mix all the ingredients together. Top each muffin with crumbs. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let them cool completely.
Kryddiga Choklad Pumpamuffins

40 g smör, smält
20 g olja
3/4 dl ljust farinsocker
1 stort ägg
1 dl pumpapuré
3/4 dl vetelmjöl
0,5 dl kakaopulver
3/4 tsk speculooskrydda
0,5 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
Smultopping:
20 g smör
0,5 dl vetemjöl
1,5 msk socker
1/4 tsk speculooskrydda
Värm ugnen till 175 C grader. Rör ihop smör, olja och socker i en skål. Tillsätt ägg och pumpapuré. Rör sedan ner resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i sex silikonmuffinsformar. För smultoppingen nyp ihop alla ingredienser. Toppa varhe muffins med smulet. Grädda i ca 15 minuter. Låt dem svalna helt.
