A very tasty dressing made from the viscous water from beans. I know many people throw away the water but you can really do a lot with it. So today's recipe is a tasty dressing with a taste of mustard and herbs.
Dressing with Aquafaba
0.5 dl aquafaba
0.5 dl balsamic vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp dijon mustard
0.5 tsp Italian herbs
1/4 tsp onion powder
one pinch of salt
Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined. Serve immediately, or store covered for up to three days in the fridge.
Aquafaba-Dressing
0,5 dl aquafaba
0,5 dl balsamvinäger
1 tsk lönnsirap
1-2 msk dijonsenap
0,5 tsk italienska örter
1/4 tsk lökpulver
en nypa salt
Vispa ihop alla ingredienser tills de är väl blandade. Servera omedelbart eller förvara övertäckt i upp till tre dagar i kylskåpet.
