Sticky muffins are so good on their own. But it's great to make them a little different every time. These have a small stroopwafel at the bottom and they're both delicious and pretty like this. How do you usually vary your sticky muffins? With chocolate chips, berries, nuts? Feel free to tell me!
Stroopwafel Kladdkakamuffins
10 st
100 g smör, mjukt
2,5 dl socker
2 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
4 msk kakao
1 tsk vaniljextrakt
10 mini stroopwafel
Blanda ihop smöret och socker. Tillsätt äggen, blanda. Rör till sist i resterande ingredienser. Lägg en stroopwafel i varje muffinsform och häll på smet. Grädda i 175 grader C i ca 10-12 minuter. De får gärna vara lite lösa i mitten.

100 g butter, soft
2,5 dl sugar
2 eggs
1,5 dl flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 mini stroopwafels
Mix together the butter and the sugar. Add the eggs, mix. Finally stir in the remaining ingredients. Place a stroopwafel in each muffin cup and top with batter. Bake at 175 degrees C for about 10-12 minutes. They may be a little loose in the middle.
