A delicious breakfast that can be made the night before and is also easy to take with you. Chia pudding with a coconut and raspberry flavor. I used coconut yogurt, but it would be delicious with coconut cream too.


Coconut Raspberry Chia Pudding
200 g coconut yogurt
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp avage syrup or to taste
raspberries
Stir together all the ingredients in a glass jar. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Top with berries.
Kokos Hallon Chiapudding
200 g kokosyoghurt
1,5 msk chiafrön
1 tsk agavesirap eller efter smak
hallon
Rör ihop alla ingredienser i en glasburk. Ställ i kylskåpet i ett par timmar eller över natten. Toppa med bär.
