2 tsk tranbärspulver
50 g urkärnade dadlar, blötlagda i varmt vatten
50 g torkade tranbär, blötlagda i varmt vatten
Mixa havregryn, kokos, agavesirap, tranbärspulver, dadlar och tranbär i en matberedare tills slätt Forma degen till 8 bollar och rulla dem i tranbärspulver. Förvara i en lufttät burk i kylen i upp till 2 veckor.
Cranberry & Coconut Balls

90 g oats
70 g desiccated coconut
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tsp cranberry powder
50 g pitted dates, soaked in warm water
50 g dried cranberries, soaked in warm water
Blend oats, coconut, agave syrup, cranberry powder, dates and cranberries in a food processor until smooth. Shape the dough into 8 balls and roll them in cranberry powder. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
