Gnocchi is an Italian potato pasta made with potatoes, flour and eggs. I used gnocchi in a tomato gratin topped with cheese. Very easy to make. Feel free to use a flavorful cheese, such as cheddar. Have a great day!
Ugnsbakad Gnocchi i Tomatsås
500 g gnocchi
5 dl tomatsås
salt
svartpeppar
vitlökspulver
riven ost
Sätt ugnen på 200°C. Lägg gnocchin i en oljad ugnsäker form. Krydda med salt, svartpeppar och vitlökspulver. Häll över tomatsåsen. Fördela riven ost över tomatsåsen. Grädda i ca 30 minuter, tills gratängen får fin färg.
Oven-Baked Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce
500 g gnocchi
5 dl tomato sauce
salt
black pepper
garlic powder
grated cheese
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the gnocchi in an oiled ovenproof dish. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Pour over the tomato sauce. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the tomato sauce. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the gratin is nicely browned.
