This is a potato gratin made with vegetable broth and cream cheese instead of cream. I think this is a good alternative to the one made with cream and you can use other cream cheeses in this one too. Have a nice day.
Tryffel-Potatisgratäng
350 g potatis, skivad
1,5 dl vegetarisk buljong
100 g tryffelfärskost, Boursin
salt
svartpeppar
riven ost
Lägg den skivade potatisen i en ugnssäker form. Blanda buljong, färskost och kryddor i en skål och häll över potatisen. Toppa med riven ost. Grädda i 200 C i ca 40 minuter eller tills potatisen är mjuk.
Truffle Potato Gratin
350 g potatoes, sliced
1.5 dl vegetable broth
100 g Truffle cream cheese, Boursin
salt
black pepper
grated cheese
Put the sliced potato in an ovenproof dish. Mix broth, cream cheese and spices in a bowl and pour over the potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 200 C for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
