Päron Salt Karamell Marmeladgrottor

65 g smör
30 g strösocker
80 g vetemjöl
1/4 tsk vaniljpulver
1/4 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
päron-salt karamell marmelad
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser, förutom marmeladen, tille en enhetlig deg. Låt degen vila i kylen i 30 minuter. Sätt ugnen på 175 C grader varmluft. Dela degen i 10 bitar. Rulla varje bit till en boll och lägg i små muffinsformar. Gör en grop i varje degboll. Fyll varje grop med marmelad, upp till kanten. Grädda i ca 15-18 minuter tills kakorna har fått lite färg. Låt dem svalna. Dekorera med glasyr om du vill, (florsocker blandat med vatten).
Pear Salted Caramel Marmalade Cakes

65 g butter
30 g granulated sugar
80 g wheat flour
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
pear-salted caramel marmalade
Mix all ingredients, except the marmalade, until a uniform dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Set the oven to 175 C degrees. Divide the dough into 10 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place in small muffin tins. Make a hole in each dough ball. Fill each hole with marmalade, up to the edge. Bake for about 15-18 minutes until the cakes have got some color. Let them cool. Decorate with icing if you want, (icing sugar mixed with water).
