You can't say no to a mud cake with caramel sauce. So delicious, but remember not to overbake the cake. Because you want it to be gooey. It's even better when served warm with vanilla ice cream. Yum :)
Caramel Sticky Mud Cake
50 g butter, melted
1 small egg
3/4 dl sugar
0.5 dl wheat flour
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
0.5 dl caramel sauce
Warm oven to 175 C degrees. In a bowl mix butter, sugar, and egg. Mix in flour, cocoa, salt and caramel sauce to an even batter. Line a small baking dish with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake for about 15 minutes. It should be loose.
Kola-Kladdkaka
50 g smör, smält
1 litet ägg
3/4 dl socker
0,5 dl vetemjöl
1,5 msk kakao
1 nypa salt
0,5 dl kolasås
Sätt ugnen på 175 C grader. I en skål blanda smör, socker, och ägg. Blanda i vetemjöl, kakao, salt och kolasås till en jämn smet. Klä en liten bakform med bakplåtspapper och häll i smeten. Grädda i ca 15 minuter. Den skall vara lös.
