This bread tasted so good when I added some malt flour. An easy bread to bake and it goes quickly because the dough does not need to rise. So delicious and the bread is so good to eat with soup. Have a nice day!
Maltbröd med Yoghurt
2 dl rågmjöl
1 dl havregryn
0.5 dl maltmjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
0.5 tsk salt
2 dl Alpro naturell yoghurt
1 msk mörk sirap
Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. Blanda i yoghurt och sirap. Smörj och mjöla en liten brödform och häll i smeten. Grädda i 175 C i ca 30 minuter. Låt svalna.
Malt Bread with Yogurt
2 dl rye flour
1 dl oats
0.5 dl malt flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
2 dl Alpro natural yoghurt
1 tbsp dark syrup
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in yogurt and syrup. Grease and flour a small loaf pan and add the batter. Bake at 175 C for about 30 minutes. Let cool.
