Quick-baked buns with the taste of oats and cottage cheese. Protein-rich and gluten-free. These do not need to rise as they contain baking powder instead of yeast. I have salt in mine, but if you want you can mix in herbs or why not garlic. Have a good day!

200 g grynost
200 g havregryn
1 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
I en matberedare mixa ägg och grynost slät. Blanda i havregryn, bakpulver och salt. Forma till runda bröd och lägg dem på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda i 200 C i ca 30 minuter.
Oatmeal Buns
5-6 pcs
2 eggs
200 g cottage cheese
200 g oats
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
In a food processor, mix eggs and cottage cheese until smooth. Mix in oats, baking powder and salt. Shape into buns and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 C for about 30 minutes.
