Vanilla Protein & Coconut Bliss Balls

90 g rolled oats
60 g desiccated coconut
3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
12 pitted dates (approx. 100 g)
flake salt, to taste

Process rolled oats, coconut, protein powder, dates, salt and 1-2 tbsp water in a food processor until smooth and well combined. Shape the dough into balls and roll them in coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

60 g kokosflingor
3 msk vanilj proteinpulver
12 urkärnade dadlar (ca 100 g)
flingsalt, efter smak
vatten
Mixa havregryn, kokos, proteinpulver, dadlar, salt och 1-2 msk vatten i en matberedare tills slätt Forma degen till 8 bollar och rulla dem i kokos. Förvara i en lufttät burk i kylen i upp till 2 veckor.
