Pie is a safe bet when I don't know what to cook. Always good and the filling can be varied according to what is available at home. This time I used ricotta, cream cheese, bell pepper and grated cheese. Creamy good :) Have a nice day!
Krämig Ricottafyllning till Paj
200 g ricotta
0,5 dl färskost, vitlök & örter
1 dl riven cheddar
0,5 dl paprika, tärnad
salt
svartpeppar
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser i en skål. Fyll det förgräddade pajskalet och toppa med riven ost. Grädda i 175 C i ca 20 minuter.
Creamy Ricotta Filling for Pie
200 g ricotta
0.5 dl cream cheese, garlic & herbs
1 dl grated cheddar
0.5 dl bell pepper, diced
salt
black pepper
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Fill the pre-baked pie shell and top with grated cheese. Bake at 175 C for about 20 minutes.
