A coconut-flavored protein-rich granola that suits all coconut fans out there :) Crunchy and tasty! I eat it as it is as a snack or with yogurt and berries. Have a nice day!
Kokos Vaniljprotein Granola
2 dl havregryn
1 dl vaniljproteinpulver
1 dl kokosflingor
1 dl frön
2 msk kokosolja
en nypa salt
vatten
Blanda de torra ingredienserna och tillsätt kokosolja. Blanda i vatten till en smulig blandning. . Bred ut blandningen på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Grädda i 175 C i ca 30 minuter.
Coconut Vanilla Protein Granola
2 dl oatmeal
1 dl vanilla protein powder
1 dl desiccated coconut
1 dl seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
a pinch of salt
water
Mix the dry ingredients and add coconut oil. Mix in water to a crumbly mixture. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake at 175 C for about 30 minutes.
