A creamy gratin made with white cabbage. So incredibly good. If you like white cabbage, make this :) I served the gratin with vegetarian patties, but eat it with what you want. And lingonberry jam is a must for me.
Vitkålsgratäng
0,5 vitkålshuvud, riven eller skuren i bitar
0,5 röd lök, hackad
1 vitlöksklyfta, hackad
1 dl grädde
150 g färskost
salt
peppar
Sätt ugnen på 175 C grader. Stek lök och vitlök mjuka i smör och blanda ner vitkålen. Låt steka i några minuter. Blanda i grädde, färskost och kryddor och häll sedan blandningen i en ugnsform. Grädda i ca 20 minuter.
Cabbage Gratin
0.5 head of white cabbage, grated or cut into pieces
0.5 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 dl cream
150 g cream cheese
salt
pepper
Set the oven to 175 C degrees. Fry onion and garlic until soft in butter and mix in the cabbage. Let fry for a few minutes. Mix in cream, cream cheese and spices and then pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes.
