This is a cake that is baked frequently at our house. It's so simple, but oh so good. Best eaten with vanilla ice cream. It also works to bake the batter in muffin cups. Keep an eye on the cake, because you want a sticky cake, not a dry one. So when it still looks a little wet in the middle, it's done, in my opinion :)
Min Favorit Chokladkaka
100 g smör
2,5 dl socker
2 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
4 msk kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk vaniljextrakt
Blanda ihop det rumsvarma smöret med socker. Tillsätt äggen, blanda. Rör till sist i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i en bakplåtspappersklädd bakform, 20 cm x 20 cm, och grädda i 175 grader ca 20-25 minuter.
My Favorite Chocolate Cake
100 g butter, soft
2,5 dl sugar
2 eggs
1,5 dl flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
0,5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a baking pan, 20 cm x 20 cm, lined with parchment paper and bake at 175 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
