I made a protein granola a few weeks ago and now I tried making the granola with banana flavored protein powder. And it turned out so crunchy and delicious. I don't think you need to add sweetener, but it all depends on the protein powder you use. I like to eat this granola as it is, as a snack. Yum!
Banan Jordnötssmör Protein Granola
2 d proteinpulver, banan
2 dl havregryn
1 dl frön och nötter
2 msk jordnötsmör
en nypa salt
ev. vatten
Blanda de torra ingredienserna och tillsätt nötsmör. Om blandningen är torr tillsätt vatten. Bred ut blandningen på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Grädda i 175 C i ca 30 minuter.
Banana Peanut Butter Protein Granola
2 dl protein powder, banana
2 dl oatmeal
1 dl seeds and nuts
2 tbsp peanut butter
a pinch of salt
possibly water
Mix the dry ingredients and add the nut butter and agave syrup. If the mixture is dry, add some water. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 175 C for about 30 minutes.
