This is a pie that is quickly thrown together. This pie has no crust, the berries are placed in the bottom of a baking dish and then a dough is placed on top. The dough is chewy and tasty. Serve the pie with ice cream or custard. I haven't sweetened the berries, but if you want a sweeter pie, you can sprinkle a little sugar on the berries.
Bärpaj
4 dl färska eller frysta bär
Pajdeg:
150 g smör, mjukt
1,5 dl socker
3 dl vetemjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
Lägg bären i en pajform. Blanda alla ingredienser till pajdegen. Smula på degen över bären. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 30 minuter.
Berry Pie

150 g butter, soft
1.5 dl sugar
3 dl wheat flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
Place the berries in a pie dish. Mix all the ingredients for the pie dough. Crumble the dough over the berries. Bake at 175 C degrees for about 30 minutes.
