A classic, sticky cake! It always works, all seasons, and is so good together with ice cream. This time I topped it with oreo crumbs, which give a nice crunch.
Kladdkaka med Oreosmul
100 g smör
2,5 dl socker
2 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
4 msk kakao
1 tsk vaniljsocker
oreosmul
Blanda ihop smör och socker. Tillsätt äggen, blanda väl. Blanda sedan i mjöl, bakpulver, kakao och vaniljsocker. Klä en bakform med bakplåtspapper, 22 cm x 22 cm och häll i smeten. Toppa med oreosmulor. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 20-25 minuter.
Sticky Cake with Oreo Crumbs
100 g butter
2,5 dl sugar
2 eggs
1,5 dl flour
0,5 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
oreo crumbs
Mix butter and sugar together. Add the eggs, mix well. Then mix in flour, baking powder, cocoa and vanilla sugar. Line a 22 cm x 22 cm baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Top with oreo crumbs. Bake at 175 C degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
