I had leftover grilled vegetables, so I made an oven omelet with them. Simple, quick and no food waste. Are you good at reusing left-over food?
Ugnsomelett
3 ägg
en skvätt mjölk eller grädde
salt
svartpeppar
örter
grillade grönsaker (paprika, zucchini, aubergine, lök)
färskost, örter & vitlök
riven ost
Lägg grönsaker i botten på en ugnsfast form. Lägg på kluttar av färskost. Blanda ihop ägg, mjölk och kryddor och häll på grönsakerna. Toppa med riven ost. Grädda i 200 C i ca 20 minuter.
Oven Omelette
3 eggs
a splash of milk or cream
salt
black pepper
herbs
grilled vegetables (pepper, zucchini, eggplant, onion)
cream cheese, herbs & garlic
grated cheese
Place vegetables in the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Add dollops of cream cheese. Mix eggs, milk and spices together and pour over the vegetables. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
