I always have granola at home and like to make something different from time to time. I like to have seeds and nuts in the granola. They provide good chewing resistance and go well with yogurt. I use cinnamon often and always salt. When the granola is ready, you can also mix in dried fruit and coconut. Have a good day!
Granola med Nötter och Frön
2,5 dl havregryn
1 dl frön
0,5 dl nötter
2 msk kokosolja, smält
1,5 msk agavesirap
1 tsk kanel
en nypa salt
Värm ugnen till 165 C grader. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser. Häll blandningen på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper och rosta i ugnen i ca 20-25 minuter. Låt svalna helt innan den bryts i mindre bitar.
Granola with Nuts & Seeds
2.5 dl oatmeal
1 dl seeds
0.5 dl nuts
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1.5 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
Heat the oven to 165 C degrees. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper and roast in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before breaking into smaller pieces.
