Knapriga och lite sega kex med cornflakes, havregryn och vitchoklad. Goda och jag gillar texturen i dessa. Det blir lite mera tuggmotstĂ„nd i dem pga. havregrynen och cornflakes. Mycket goda!

Crunchy and slightly chewy cookies with cornflakes, oats and white chocolate. Delicious and I like the texture of these. There is a bit more chewing resistance in them because of the oats and cornflakes. Very good!


Cornflakes White Chocolate Chip Cookies


50 g butter, softened

1 dl light brown sugar

1 small egg

0.5 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/4 dl flour

1 1/4 dl cornflakes

0.5 dl rolled oats

0.5 tsp baking powder

one pinch of salt

0.5 dl white chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 175° C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl stir butter creamy and add the sugar, stirring well. Add egg and vanilla. Then add the flour, oats, cornflakes, baking powder, salt and chocolate. Use a cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12-15minutes. Let cool completely.



Cornflakes Vit Choklad Cookies


50 g smör, mjukt

1 dl ljust farinsocker

1 litet Àgg

0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt

1 1/4 dl mjöl

1 1/4 dl cornflakes

0,5 dl havregryn

0,5 tsk bakpulver

en nypa salt

0,5 dl vita chokladchips


VĂ€rm ugnen till 175° C. KlĂ€ plĂ„tar med bakplĂ„tspapper. I en skĂ„l blanda smöret krĂ€migt och tillsĂ€tt sockret, rör om vĂ€l. TillsĂ€tt Ă€gg och vanilj. TillsĂ€tt sedan mjöl, havregryn, cornflakes, bakpulver, salt och choklad. AnvĂ€nd en kakskopa för att göra högar av smeten pĂ„ de förberedda bakplĂ„tarna. GrĂ€dda i 12-15 minuter. LĂ„t svalna helt.
