Chocolate & Coconut Bliss Balls

90 g rolled oats
70 g desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp agave syrup
12 pitted dates, soaked in water if needed (approx. 100 g)
Process rolled oats, coconut, cocoa powder, agave syrup and dates in a food processor until smooth and well combined. Shape the dough into 8 balls and roll them in coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

2 msk agavesirap
12 urkärnade dadlar, blötlagda i vatten vid behov (ca 100 g)
Mixa havregryn, kokos, kakaopulver, agavesirap och dadlar i en matberedare tills slätt Forma degen till 8 bollar och rulla dem i kokos. Förvara i en lufttät burk i kylen i upp till 2 veckor.
