Cardamom is probably one of the tastiest spices out there. And it is not only used in baked goods, but also extensively in cooking. These crispy, slightly chewy cookies are so good and flavorful. I use coarsely ground cardamom in these cookies. Have a nice day!
Cardamom Cookies
7 pcs
50 g butter, soft
0.5 dl light brown sugar
3/4 tbsp dark syrup
1 small egg (or 0.5 egg)
1 3/4 dl wheat flour
1 tsp cardamom
0,5 tsp baking powder
one pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix the butter, sugar and syrup together. Add the egg and mix well. Add flour, cardamom, baking powder and salt. With an ice cream scoop make balls onto the baking tray. Bake for around 12-15 minutes.
Kardemumma Cookies
7 st
50 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl ljust farinsocker
3/4 msk mörk sirap
1 litet ägg (eller 0,5 ägg)
1 3/4 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk kardemumma
0,5 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
Värm ugnen till 175°C. Klä en bakplåt med bakplåtspapper. Blanda ihop smör, socker och sirap. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Tillsätt mjöl, kardemumma, bakpulver och salt. Gör bollar på plåten med en glasskopa. Grädda i ca 12-15 minuter.
