Even though I'm the one who likes oatmeal with only salt and butter eye, I can vary sometimes. This porridge has seeds and fruit that provide a nice chewing resistance. Good, filling and warming.
Gröt med Frön och Torkad Frukt
50 g glutenfritt havregryn
2 dl havremjölk
1 msk frön
1 msk torkad frukt
salt
Blanda havregryn, mjölk , frön, frukt och salt i en kastrull. Koka upp och låt koka på svag värme ca 5-10 minuter under omrörning. Toppa med frön och frukt.
Porridge with Seeds and Dried Fruit
50 g oatmeal
2 dl oat milk
1 tbsp seeds
1 tbsp dried fruit
salt
Mix oatmeal, milk, seeds, fruit and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes while stirring. Top with seeds and fruit.
