Although I still enjoy my yogurt bowls for breakfast, I'm starting to crave arm porridge. In autumn and winter, it becomes automatic for me to eat warm portions of porridge for breakfast. And to vary the usual porridge, you can make baked oats in the oven. It's almost like eating cake for breakfast :) And who doesn't want cake for breakfast?
Baked Oats
2 dl oats
2 dl oat milk
1-2 tbsp agave syrup
0.5 tsp baking powder
one pinch of salt
toppings:
dried fruit
coconut flakes
nuts
peanut butter
yogurt
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into an oven safe bowl. Bake for about 15 minutes at 175 C degrees.
Bakad Gröt
2 dl havregryn
2 dl havremjölk
1-2 tbsp agave syrup
0,5 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
topping:
torkad frukt
kokosflingor
nötter. jordnötssmör
yoghurt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer. Häll i en ugnssäker skål. Baka i ca 15 minuter i 175 C.
