I had condensed milk left over and wanted to use it somewhere and then I came up with using it in cookies. And they turned out so good and had such a nice texture, a little chewy and crunchy at the edges. I flavored the cookies with lemon and white chocolate.
Citron Vit Choklad Cookies

100 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl ljust farinsocker
1 dl kondenserad mjölk
2 dl mjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 citron, skal
vit choklad, knappar
Blanda smör och socker krämigt. Tillsätt kondenserad mjölk och blanda.Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Klicka ut smeten glest på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Grädda kakorna i 175 C i ca 10-12 minuter.
Lemon White Chocolate Cookies
12 pcs
100 g butter, soft
0.5 dl light brown sugar
1 dl condensed milk
2 dl flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 lemon, peel
white chocolate buttons
Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add condensed milk and mix. Then mix in remaining ingredients. Spread the batter thinly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake the cookies at 175 C for about 10-12 minutes.
