Making your own rhubarb juice is as simple as that. This juice contains only three ingredients. If you want, you can also squeeze in lemon juice or season with cinnamon or cardamom. The juice lasts for about 3-5 days. Drink it cold with ice cubes and you get a cooling and fresh juice.
Rabarbersaft
1 kg rabarber
1 l vatten
1-2 dl (kokos) socker
Skär rabarbern i bitar. Lägg dem i en kastrull med vatten och låt sjuda i 10 minuter. Sila bort rabarbern och blanda vätskan med sockret. När sockret smält och saften svlanat lite, häll saften i rena flaskor. Förvara i kylen i 3-5 dagar. Man kan även frysa saften.
Rhubarb Juice
1 kg rhubarb
1 l water
1-2 dl (coconut) sugar
Cut the rhubarb into pieces. Put them in a saucepan with water and let simmer for 10 minutes. Strain off the rhubarb and mix the liquid with the sugar. When the sugar has melted and the juice has cooled a bit, pour the juice into clean bottles. Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. You can also freeze the juice.
