Vegan Apelsin Rosmarinmuffins

80 ml apelsinsaft
60 ml olja
1 apelsin, skal
1 dl ljust farinsocker
3/4 tsk vaniljextrakt
2 dl vetemjöl
2,5 tsk mandelmjöl
1 tsk maizena
3/4 tsk torkad rosmarin
0,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk bikarbonat
en nypa salt
Blanda apelsinsaft, olja, apelsinskal, socker och vanilj i en skål. Blanda sedan i de torra ingredienserna till en slät smet. Fördela smeten i muffinsformar och grädda i 175 C i ca 20-22 minuter. Låt svalna.
Vegan Orange Rosemary Muffins
7 pcs
80 ml orange juice
60 ml oil
1 orange, zest
1 dl light brown sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 dl wheat flour
2.5 tsp almond flour
1 tsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp dried rosemary
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp bicarbonate
a pinch of salt
Mix orange juice, oil, orange zest, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Then mix in the dry ingredients to a smooth batter. Distribute the batter in muffin cups and bake at 175 C for about 20-22 minutes. Let cool.
