This gratin may not look so colorful, but I can promise it tastes good. Do you like goat cheese? I did not like it a few years ago, but now I have learned to like it. But not too much, just little, then it's good :)
Potatis Grönsaksgratäng med Getost
skivad potatis
grönsaksblandning (purjolök, vitkål, paprika, majs, bönor)
grädde
mjölk
getost, chavroux
Lägg potatis och grönsaker i en ugnsform. Blanda ihop grädde, mjölk, getost, salt och svartpeppar. Häll över potatis-grönsaksblandningen. Grädda i 200 C i ca 30 minuter.
Potato Vegetable Gratin with Goat Cheese
sliced potatoes
vegetable mixture (leeks, cabbage, belle pepper, corn, beans)
cream
milk
goat cheese, chavroux
Put potatoes and vegetables in an ovenproof dish. Mix together cream, milk, goat cheese, salt and black pepper. Pour over the potato-vegetable mixture. Bake at 200 C for about 30 minutes.
