It's been a long time since I made falafel. They are so good and I usually bake mine in the oven, but if you want you can fry them in a skillet or deep fry in oil. But, if you choose to fry them, it's better to use soaked chickpeas that are not cooked, but mixed uncooked. Very tasty, use the falafels in pita, tortilla, in salads...

Falafelbiffar
6 st små
250 g kikärtor, torrvikt
1 röd lök
1 vitlöksklyfta
0,5 tsk spiskummin
0,5 tsk paprikapulver
1/4 tsk sambal oelek
1,5 msk tahini
0.5 dl persilja
Mixa alla ingredienser i en matberedare eller med en stavmixer. Forma till små biffar och grädda dem i 175 C i ca 25 minuter.
Falafel Patties
6 pcs small
250 g chickpeas, dry weight
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
0.5 tsp jeera
0.5 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp sambal oelek
1.5 tbsp tahini
0.5 dl parsley
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a hand mixer. Shape into small patties and bake them at 175 C for about 25 minutes.
