Egg butter is something I make fro rice pasties, but now I wanted to vary a bit and made an egg salad with a taste of mustard. It turned out really good, but I probably prefer the egg butter :) In addition to mustard, this one also contains mayonnaise, which makes it extra creamy.
Ägg-Senapsallad
3 kokta ägg
0,5 dl majonnäs
1 tsk senap
salt
svartpeppar
persilja
Mosa äggen med en gaffel och blanda sedan med majonnäs, senap, salt, peppar och persilja. Förvara i kylskåp. God att ha på rågbröd, rostat bröd eller med rispirog.
Egg Mustard Salad
3 boiled eggs
0.5 dl mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
salt
black pepper
parsley
Mash the eggs with a fork and then mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and parsley. Store in the refrigerator. Good to have on rye bread, toast or with rice pasty.
