I had rhubarb in the freezer and knew right away that I wanted to make a compote and then have it in my oven-baked oats along with raspberries. So so incredibly good! Now I have to buy more rhubarb :)
Rhubarb & Raspberry Baked Oats
2 dl oats
2 dl almond milk
1-2 tbsp agave syrup
0.5 tsp baking powder
one pinch of salt
rhubarb compote
rapberries
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into oven safe bowl. Put rhubarb compote and rapberries in the middle. Bake for about 15 minutes. Top with more rhubarb compote and rapberries.
Rabarber & Hallon Bakad Gröt
2 dl havregryn
2 dl mandelmjölk
1-2 msk agave syrup
0,5 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
rabarberkompott
hallon
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer. Häll i en ugnssäker skål. Lägg rabarberkompott och hallon i mitten. Baka i ca 15 minuter. Toppa med mer rabarberkompott och hallon.
