Vanlig maletköttsoppa är god, men ibland vill jag variera mig och den här gången fick soppan smak av tacokrydda. Toppa soppan gärna med creme fraîche och tacochips. Ha en fin dag!

Taco Soppa


potatis, tärnad

röd lök, hackad

sojafärs

majs-paprika-ärter blandning

tacokrydda

salt


tacochips

creme fraîche


Lägg vatten i en kastrull tillsammans med potatis, lök, sojafärs och majs-paprika-ärter blandning. Koka tills potatisen är mjuk. Krydda med tacokrydda och salt. Servera soppan med creme fraiche och tacochips. 



Taco Soup


potatoes, diced

red onion, chopped

soy mince meat

corn-pepper-peas mixture

taco seasoning

salt


taco chips

creme fraîche


Put water in a saucepan along with the potato, onion, soy mince and corn-pepper-pea mixture. Cook until the potatoes are soft. Season with taco seasoning and salt. Serve the soup with creme fraiche and taco chips.
