If you have a lot of chocolate eggs left over from Easter, I can recommend using them in pastries. In this sticky cake ended up small chocolate eggs with sugar shells. Very good!
Kladdkaka
100 g smör
2,5 dl socker
2 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
4 msk kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
små chokladägg, krossade
Blanda ihop det rumsvarma smöret med socker. Tillsätt äggen och blanda. Rör till sist i resterande ingredienser. Fyll en bakplåtspappersklädd bakform med smeten och toppa med choklad. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 22-25 minuter. Låt svalna.
Sticky Chocolate Cake
100 g butter
2,5 dl sugar
2 eggs
1,5 dl flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
0,5 tsp baking powder
small chocolate eggs, crushed
Mix together the room-temperature butter with sugar. Add the eggs and stir well. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Top with chocolate. Bake at 175 C degrees for about 22-25 minutes. Let cool.
