Potatis-Tomat-Zucchini Ostlåda
250 g skivad potatis
2 tomater, skivade
1/3 zucchini, skivad
ostsås:
20 g smör
1,5-2 msk vetemjöl
ca 3 dl mjölk
100 g stark ost, riven
grönpeppar, krossad
salt
topping:
riven ost
Skiva grönsakerna med en mandolin eller skär dem tunna med en kniv. Smält smöret i en kastrull och blanda i mjölet. Tillsätt mjölken lite i taget under omrörning. Låt sjuda under omrörning i ca fem minuter. Blanda i osten och smaksätt med grön peppar och salt. Rör runt tills osten har smält.
Lägg ett lager av skivad potatis, tomater och zucchini i en ugnsform och häll på lite ostsås. Gör två likadana lager till och toppa med riven ost. Grädda i 200 C i ca 30-40 minuter.

cheese sauce:
20 g butter
1.5-2 tablespoons wheat flour
about 3 dl milk
100 g strong cheese, grated
green pepper, crushed
salt

grated cheese
Slice the vegetables with a mandolin or cut them thin with a knife. Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in the flour. Add the milk a little at a time while stirring. Let simmer while stirring for about five minutes. Mix in the cheese and season with green pepper and salt. Stir until the cheese has melted.
Put a layer of sliced potatoes, tomatoes and zucchini in an ovenproof dish and pour on some cheese sauce. Make two similar layers and top with grated cheese. Bake at 200 C for about 30-40 minutes.
