When we lived in Singapore we were delighted with a chocolate from Cadbury, Forest Fruit, milk chocolate with biscuit and jelly pieces. This flavored chocolate is difficult to get in Europe. So I made my own version of it. I bought regular Cadbury milk chocolate which I melted and then added pieces of the raspberry jelly candies. Poured the batter into a praline mold and let it set. They became very good, but of course they were not like the original. Do you have a treat you like but which is difficult to get hold of?
