Peanut Butter Licorice Energy Balls
8 pcs
1 dl white beans, cooked
2 tbsp peanut butter, sport
0.5 tbsp date syrup
3/4 tsp licorice powder
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Mix all the ingredients with a hand held blender until smooth. Shape into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
Jordnötssmör Lakritsenergibollar
8 st
1 dl vita bönor, kokta
2 msk jordnötssmör, sport
0,5 msk dadelsirap
3/4 tsk rå lakritspulver
1/4 tsk vaniljpulver
Blanda alla ingredienser med en stavmixer till en jämn smet. Forma till bollar och förvara i kylen eller frysen.
