Do you like twix? A chocolate bar with a biscuit crust, caramel filling and a layer of chocolate. It is very good and I still remember when it was called Raider. Now you can make your own at home like a pie and enjoy a piece with a cup of coffee or tea. Perfect if you ask my :) Have a nice day!
Twix-Paj
2 små pajer
Pajbotten:
50 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl socker
0,5 äggula
1 dl vetemjöl
Fyllning:
dulche de leche
50 g choklad, smält
Blanda smör med socker. Blanda i äggulan och sedan vetemjölet. Tryck degen i två pajformer och grädda dem i 175 C i ca 12 minuter. Låt svalna. Fyll dem med dulche de leche och ställ i kylen. Smält chokladen och häll på pajerna. Du kan göra mönster med baksidan av en sked om du vill. Ställ i kylen för att stelna. Skär i bitar.

0.5 dl sugar
0.5 egg yolk
1 dl wheat flour
Filling:
dulche de leche
50 g of chocolate, melted
Mix butter with sugar. Mix in the egg yolk and then the wheat flour. Press the dough into two pie pans and bake them at 175 C for about 12 minutes. Let cool. Fill them with dulche de leche and place in the fridge. Melt the chocolate and pour on the pies. You can make patterns with the back of a spoon if you want. Set in the fridge to set. Cut into pieces.
