Homemade bread is probably one of the best thing there is. At least when it's freshly baked, warm and you spread butter on that melts. Oh, what a dream. Do you like home baked bread and do you bake your own bread?
Råg-Havrebröd
2 dl rågmjöl
2 dl havremjölsblandning
1 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 tsk torrjäst
1 tsk salt
3 dl vatten, 43 C
Blanda mjöl, torrjäst och salt i en skål. Blanda sedan i vatten. Blanda till en kladdig deg. Låt jäsa övertäckt i ca 60 minuter. Blanda degen och häll den i en bakplåtspappersklädd brödform. Låt jäsa ytterligare 30-45 minuter. Baka brödet i 200 C grader i ca 40 minuter.
Rye Oat Bread
2 dl rye flour
2 dl oat flour mixture
1 dl whole wheat flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
3 dl water, 43 C
Mix flours, dry yeast and salt in a bowl. Then stir in the water. Mix to a sticky dough. Let rise covered for about 60 minutes. Stir the dough and then pour it into a parchment paper covered loaf pan. Allow to rise for another 30-45 minutes. Bake the bread at 200 C degrees for about 40 minutes.
