Today's recipe is a pie with the classic combo of peanut butter and jam. To make it extra luxurious I topped that pie with melted chocolate. What could go wrong with chocolate, right? Hope you are well and I wish you a nice day!
Jordnötssmör-Hallonpajer
2 små pajer
Pajbotten:
50 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl socker
0,5 äggula
1 dl vetemjöl
Fyllning:
hallonsylt
jordnötsmör
30 g choklad, smält
Blanda smör med socker. Blanda i äggulan och sedan vetemjölet. Tryck degen i två pajformer och grädda dem i 175 C i ca 12 minuter. Låt svalna. Fyll dem med hallonsylt, jordnötsmör och smält choklad. Ställ i kylen för att stelna.

0.5 dl sugar
0.5 egg yolk
1 dl wheat flour
Filling:
raspberry jam
peanut butter
30 g chocolate, melted
Mix butter with sugar. Mix in the egg yolk and then the wheat flour. Press the dough into two pie pans and bake them at 175 C for about 12 minutes. Let cool. Fill them with raspberry jam, peanut butter and melted chocolate. Set in the fridge to set.
