Don't be scared now :) But these muffins contain white beans, but I can promise you that you can not taste them. These are very good, and they do not contain added sugar or gluten. These are really moist and they are great with your coffee or as a snack.
Muffins Med Hallon och Vita Bönor

1 dl vita bönor
1 ägg
1 msk sötning
1 msk fibersirap
0,5 tsk rom essans
0,5 dl havremjöl
1 msk proteinpulver, vanilj
0,5 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt

Mixa bönor, ägg, sötning, fibersirap, rom i en matberedare. Blanda sedan i mjöl, proteinpulver, bakpulver och salt. Fördela smeten i små silikonmuffinsformar och tryck i bitar av hallon. Grädda i 175 C i ca 12-15 minuter.

Mix beans, eggs, sweetener, fiber syrup, rum in a food processor. Then mix in flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt. Divide the batter into small silicone muffin cups and top with pieces of raspberries. Bake at 175 C for about 12-15 minutes.
