A moist chocolate cake with pieces of chocolate and a hint of coffee. Do not be afraid of the coffee taste, because you do not really taste it, but it only gives a more deep taste to the chocolate. A perfect cake for the coffee.
Choklad Sockerkaka
1 stort ägg
1 1/4 dl strösocker
1 dl vetemjöl
0,5 dl kakao
3/4 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
60 g smör, smält
0,5 dl espresso
1 dl chokladknappar
1 dl chokladknappar
Sätt ugnen på 175 C grader. Vispa ägg och strösocker fluffigt. Blanda ner vetemjöl, kakao, bakpulver och salt. Tillsätt smör och espresso. Blanda till sist i chokladknapparna. Häll smeten i en smord och mjölad liten sockerkaksform. Grädda kakan i ugnen i ca 20-25 minuter. Låt kakan svalna i formen.
Chocolate Sponge Cake
1 large egg
1 1/4 dl castor sugar
1 dl wheat flour
0.5 dl cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
60 g butter, melted
0.5 dl espresso
1 dl chocolate buttons
Put the oven on175 C degrees. Whisk eggs and sugar fluffy. Stir in wheat flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add butter and espresso. Finally, mix in the chocolate buttons. Pour batter into a greased and floured small sponge cake pan. Bake the cake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan.
