Peanut Butter & Chocolate Pudding
100 g firm tofu
3/4 dl peanut flour, Sukrin
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp almond milk
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tbsp fiber syrup, Sukrin
one pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Taste the mixture and add more syrup or salt if needed. Pour into a glass and put in the fridge to set. Before serving top with salted peanuts and chopped chocolate.
Jordnötssmör & Choklad Pudding
100 g fast tofu
3/4 dl jordnötsmjöl, Sukrin
1 msk kakaopulver
2-3 msk mandelmjölk
0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt
1,5 msk fiber sirap, Sukrin
