Do you enjoy coconut flavor in food? I do and the milk goes well with slightly stronger spices. I served this tofu sauce with rice. Good and simple.
Tofu Coconut Sauce
200 g mixed vegetables
200 g tofu, diced
0.5 tsp curry powder
0.5 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger
salt
black pepper
2 dl coconut milk
Heat a skillet with some oil. Add the vegetables and tofu and fry for 5 minutes. Add the spices and coconut milk and let simmer until the vegetables are soft. Serve with rice.
Tofu Kokossås
200 g blandade grönsaker
200 g tofu, tärnad
0,5 tsk currypulver
0,5 tsk kanel
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
1/4 tsk ingefära
salt
svartpeppar
