I wish you all a happy Easter! I have baked lemon muffins decorated with white chocolate and chocolate eggs. We will be enjoying these with our afternoon coffee. Hope you have a good Easter and can enjoy the days considering what is happening in the world. Take care!
Citronmuffins

1 ägg
1 dl socker
50 g smör, smält
0,5 dl kvarg
1,5 dl vetemjöl
3/4 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk rivet citronskal
2 tsk citronsaft
dekoration:
vit choklad, smält
choklad-ägg
Rör ihop ägg och socker. Blanda i kvarg och resterande ingredienser. Fördela smeten i 6 muffinsformar och grädda i 175 C i ca 15 minuter. Låt svalna. Dekorera med smält vitchoklad och chokladpåskägg.
Lemon Muffins

1 egg
1 dl sugar
50 g butter, melted
0.5 dl quark
1.5 dl flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice
decoration:
white chocolate, melted
chocolate eggs
Stir together egg and sugar. Mix in quark and the remaining ingredients. Divide the batter into 6 muffin cups and bake at 175 C for about 15 minutes. Let cool and then decorate with white chocolate and chocolate easter eggs.
