Peanut butter can be used in many recipes, even in sauces. Instead of peanut butter, I have used peanut flour that works just as well in this dish. The sauce gets a lot of flavor from the peanut flour, but if you like the flavour, then this recipe is for you! Have a nice day.
Tofu & Peanut Sauce
200 g tofu, diced
0.5 red onion, diced
15 cm zucchini, diced
0.5 red bell pepper, diced
50 g broccoli, chopped
Peanut Sauce:
3/4 dl peanut flour
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp ground ginger
pinch of cayenne powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 dl water
Stir together the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Heat a skillet with oil and fry the onion a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and fry for 5-10 minutes. Add the sauce and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with rice.

200 g tofu, tärnad
0,5 rödlök, tärnad
15 cm zucchini, tärnad
0,5 röd paprika, tärnad
50 g broccoli, hackad
Jordnötssås:
3/4 dl jordnötsmjöl
0,5 tsk vitlökspulver
0,5 t mald ingefära
nypa cayennepulver
1 msk sojasås
3/4 dl vatten
