Baking with chocolate is never wrong. And chocolate filled cookies are so good and perfect with a good cappuccino. What baked goodies do you prefer to eat with your afternoon coffee?
Hasselnöt-Choklad Cookies
125 g smör, mjukt
1,25 dl strösocker
1,25 dl farinsocker
1 ägg
3,5 dl vetemjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk bikarbonat
100 g hasselnöt choklad, hackad
Blanda smör och socker till en krämig smet. Tillsätt ägget och rör om väl. Blanda i resten av ingredienserna. Rulla ca 30 bollar av smeten och lägg dem på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper, platta ut dem en aning. Lämna utrymme mellan kexen. Grädda i 175 grader ca 10-12 minuter. Kexen skall vara sega i mitten och knapriga i kanten.
Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies
125 g butter, soft
1,25 dl sugar
1,25 dl brown sugar
1 egg
3,5 dl flour
0,5 tsp baking powder
0,5 tsp bicarbonate
100 g hazelnut chocolate, chopped
Beat butter and sugar into a creamy batter. Add egg and stir well. Mix and stir in remaining ingredients. Roll approx. 30 balls of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flatten them slightly. Leave space between the cookies for they will grow in the oven. Bake at 175 degrees for 10-12 minutes. The cookies will be chewy in the middle and the edges crunchy.
