Tart lemon along with sweet white chocolate is a perfect combo in pastries. These muffins have a smooth and creamy texture and it is because of the ricotta. So good!
Lemon White Chocolate Muffins
8 pcs
40 g butter, softened
3/4 dl sukrin sugar
1 egg
1 dl ricotta
1 dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
zest of 0.5 a lemon
white chocolate chunks
Preheat the oven to175°C. In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar together. Add the egg and mix to combine. Then stir in ricotta and the rest of the ingredients. Divide the batter into 8 silicon muffin cups. Bake the muffins for approximately 15 minutes.

nypa salt
zest av 0,5 en citron
