I had an opened jar of ricotta, so I decided to make a sauce of it and have it in this potato casserole. Simple and good.

bolognesesås
ricottasås:
ricotta
riven ost
vitlökspulver
salt
svartpeppar
en skvätt mjölk
Täck botten av en ugnsform med lite bolognesesås. Lägg på skivor av potatis och ett lager ricottasås. Gör några lager till och avsluta med riven ost. Grädda i 200 C i ca 35 minuter eller tills potatisen är mjuk.

Cover the bottom of an oven dish with a little bolognese sauce. Add slices of potato and a layer of ricotta sauce. Make a few layers and finish with grated cheese. Bake at 200 C for about 35 minutes or until the potato is soft.
